The New Richland Care Center is owned by the city of New Richland and is managed by the administrator with oversite of the Advisory Board and City Council. It is the administrator’s duty to ensure the center follows all state and federal policies and guidelines in managing the center.

The Culinary Department offers a full service menu that caters to any Dietary need. Also the department assists in special events and provides nutritious snack items throughout the day.

The New Richland Care Center is a 50 bed long term care facility nestled in a small rural community. Our nursing team is comprised of RN’s, LPN’S and NA/R’s. Many of our employees are from this area, and all of our staff strives to provide personalized, resident centered care in a home-like atmosphere.

Activities are a key part of this facility. They are planned and organized to meet each resident’s needs. A thorough assessment is completed on each resident from that information and a individualized care plan is written.

Social Services can assist you with obtaining information about the Care Center and what NRCC has to offer. We provide tours of our facility, give information about long term care, short stays or our patient therapy and discharge planning when needed.

Our facility offers a full service salon for our residents to have their hair cut, washed & set, or permed by our licensed beauticians. The salon is located right here in the facility for their convenience. These services are provided weekly bases here at NRCC.
